Photography

1. Do you work only with companies or also with individuals?

I mostly work with brands and businesses, but I also offer professional portrait sessions for artists, authors, and entrepreneurs.

2. What does your product photography service include?

Product photography can be done in-studio or on location. The goal is to highlight the aesthetic and commercial qualities of the object, using lighting and composition tailored to your brand identity.

3. Can I ship the products to you?

Yes. Many clients send their products via courier. But if you want me to return it after the shoot, please ask me in the inquiry. The prices normally does not include delivery. Customers normally pick-up their goods in my Studio.

4. Can you garantee the correct colors of my products?

Yes. I have my own workflow that includes color charts to deliver the best photography with high definition and correct colors. 

Video & Film

5. What’s the difference between a Branded Film and a Fashion Film?

A branded video is designed to communicate your brand or product directly. A fashion film is more narrative or atmospheric, focusing on emotional association with your brand.

6. Do you write the script or do clients need to provide it?

I can lead the creative process from concept and script to final execution, or adapt to an existing briefing. Collaborative creation is always welcome.

7. How long does it take to deliver the final video?

It depends on the project’s complexity, but typically 2 to 4 weeks. For urgent cases, I can speed up the process when needed.

Process & Quotes

8. How can I request a quote?

Just send an email with a brief description of your project, or use the contact form. I usually reply within 24 to 48 hours.

9. Do you work only in Portugal?

No. I’ve collaborated with international brands and I’m available for travel, both for photography and video.

10. Are editing and post-production included in your pricing?

Yes. All prices include image retouching, video editing, and final delivery in ready-to-use formats.

Delivery & Formats

11. How are the final files delivered?

Via a digital gallery or a transfer link (WeTransfer, Google Drive, Playbook, etc.). Sometimes by a dedicated html or ftp page just made for you.

12. Can I request revisions after delivery?

Absolutely. I normally include 1 to 2 rounds of revisions. For additional requests, we’ll adjust based on the project.

Pricing

13. How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies depending on the type and scope of the project — whether it’s photography, branded video, or a fashion film. Each proposal is tailored to the client’s needs and includes pre-production, shooting, and post-production. 

14. Do you offer fixed packages or custom quotes?

I offer custom quotes based on your goals, deadlines, and technical requirements. For some types of work (like product photography or portrait sessions), I can also offer fixed packages upon request.

15. What’s included in the price?

Each quote includes creative planning, shooting time, equipment, editing or retouching, and delivery of the final files in high-resolution and web formats. Travel costs or extra services (like voice-over, styling, or set design) are quoted separately if needed.

16. Do you require a deposit?

In some cases. A deposit is required to confirm the booking in big Events and some more expensive jobs. It helps to pay some costs upfront. The remaining amount is due upon delivery of the final files, unless we agree otherwise. For fast works you just pay when the files are delivered.
